The Food Guide Pyramid is an outline of what to eat each day based on the Dietary Guidelines. It's not a rigid prescription but a general guide that lets you choose a healthful diet that's right for you.

KidsHealth provides information about kids and teens that's free of "doctor speak". They offer information about health, behavior, and development from before birth through the teen years.

Publix Free Prescription Program

Publix grocery stores are trying to help their customers save on health care costs by offering up to a 14-day supply of generic oral antibiotics free. There is no limit placed on the number of prescriptions you can have filled and they are free regardless of who is your insurance carrier.

Smart Nutrition provides easy, online access to government information on food and human nutrition for consumers.

The Reproductive Center at Emory offers expertise and compassion when helping people issues of fertility. They provide diagnosis through management.
